A..) NO. These are all Region 1 legal DVDs. There are many of our competitors who will sell you prates or copies made from China. We will never knowingly purchase or sell bootleg items.

A.) We spend a lot of time hunting down cheap dvd,CDs, and video games. Every penny we save is passed on to our customers. We use several sources. Private collectors,ebay,Craigs list,liquidators,etc. A lot of times people will respond to an ad we post. They are pleasantly surprised to discover we pay the actual worth of an item. A lot of our competitor will low ball trying to make obscene amounts of profit. What suffers is the whole concept of what is fair to the seller,us as a reseller and our customers.

A.) Everything under the sun! In a nutshell if you look at what Redbox offers on a daily basis that is the type of product we offer. Our quality is way better. Some people have compared us to the bargain bin at Wal-mart. That's really not accurate because we are cheaper,have better quality,easier to shop with and most of all the shopping experience we provide is both helpful,friendly and we know how to show how much we appreciate our loyal customers.

A.) Well without giving away to many of our secrets there are several things that guarantee we are the number one source for discount dvd. First off we negotiate hard. Not mean and do so with the sole intention of saving our customers money. We are a home based business licensed by the City of North Las Vegas(pending) and the State of Nevada. As such our overhead is lower then most and those savings are passed on. Lastly we are not greedy. We have a minimum amount that we need to make in order to stay viable. Beyond that it either goes into purchasing greater amounts of inventory or to our main priority and that is to carry out God's commandment to bless other people. Using what resources he has provided to minister to others.

A.) In order to maintain the lowest operating cost possible we have a no return policy unless the item is not as described. We will never knowingly sell defective product. Its just not a good practice to knowingly and consistently provide inferior product. Keep in mind; Because of the variety of our product source we can not guarantee every item is perfect. For the most part all of our products new and shrink wrapped. We do carry previously owned (used dvds) DVDs as such all sales are final. On the flip side of the coin. Items which we are unsure of are gifted to our loyal customers. It's a nice,pleasant surprise when the product performs as expected.

A.) Whether you buy one or a thousand our shipping charges are free! Vendors like amazon.com and Wal-Mart will tack on shipping charges. We separate ourselves from the herd by including the shipping with the price of the item. When you visit our brick and motor store you will find prices slightly lower because the shipping charge has been stripped from them. Also we hope that while visiting us you will also take advantage of some of our many bargains on others things like clothing,housewares,knick knacks etc.

A.) As a licensed vendor the government wants its pound of flesh. As of this writing they are still trying to make a final determination if sales tax is to be paid by our out of state customers. Our policy on sales tax may change once we have that decision
